He is a professional speaker on geopolitical risk management and the business impact of global affairs and American politics at investor and business conferences, and before government, military and intelligence community audiences.
He was Board Chairman of the Woodrow Wilson Center Southeast Europe Project through 2011, following seven years as Executive Director of the Western Policy Center, an international relations institute specializing in NATO/EU interests throughout southeastern Europe, until he negotiated its 2004 merger with the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
Previously, he served as federal affairs strategist to AKT Development Corporation, a major California land development corporation, where he managed Congressional & Executive branch agency lobbying & communications strategies on federal wetlands, endangered species, and property rights issues. He launched his career as a communications and legislative aide to Senator Alfonse D’Amato (R-NY), including on his successful 1986 and 1992 re-election campaigns.
Sitilides serves on the Board of Directors of International Orthodox Christian Charities, a global humanitarian organization, and the Board of Trustees of Leadership 100, a national Greek Orthodox foundation. He is a member of the Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals, the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, the New York State Society of Washington D.C., the Columbia University Club of Washington, D.C., the Association of Former Senate Aides, and the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.

Aaron joined Adobe in 2011 after nearly a decade long career as a software developer in the semiconductor industry. From the start, Aaron has effectively used his technology expertise to benefit Adobe, both as a category manager and systems builder. In his current role as leader of Adobe’s Center of Excellence, Aaron focuses on combining technology and a process improvement mindset to implement and build best in class tools and processes that help Adobe P2P team members enable Adobe Business success.
Aaron earned his BS Degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State and later his MBA from the Marriott School of Management.
VP, CPO, Head of Sourcing, Purchasing, Finance Strategy and Continuous Improvement
As the VP of Strategic Sourcing for TIAA, Austin’s team is responsible for managing approximately $2B in supplier spend and negotiating more than 2,000 contracts annually on behalf of TIAA’s business units. Austin’s additional sourcing responsibilities include Supplier Diversity program management, Contract Management, Purchasing and heavy support of the Supplier Risk program.
Since joining TIAA in 2009 as a Director in Strategic Sourcing, Austin has held roles of increasing responsibility. In addition to directing the Strategic Sourcing group for the past six years, Austin also led the Finance Operations team between 2014 and May 2018.
Prior to TIAA, Austin led a team of sourcing professionals at Bank of America, where he was a key player in seven mergers and acquisitions, managed over $2 Billion in spend and obtained his Six Sigma Black Belt. Austin also worked for the Ford Motor Company and Vastera (a joint venture with Ford Motor Company). At Vastera, he held leadership positions in their Finance, Business Strategy and Operations departments. He also played a key role in their IPO and helped open their Tokyo, Japan office.
Austin holds an MBA from the University of Michigan with an emphasis in Corporate Strategy and obtained his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, where he studied Business Management and Japanese. He speaks fluent Japanese.

Bob Amareld leads the Strategic Operations and Technology function for Global Procurement at Biogen. In this role, he has led the digital transformation of procurement by bringing in technology such as automated spend analytics, E-sourcing, advanced data analysis, market intelligence, Contract Lifecycle Management along with easily searchable catalogs and spot buy services. He has also created 3 distinct Centers of Excellence supporting Biogen globally, which include our BPO Buying Desk COE, our CLM COE along with our Advanced E-sourcing COE. These digital transformation activities and strategic off-shoring initiatives have supported and enabled Biogen’s procurement team to achieve savings totaling over $500MM in just 3 years. Additionally, Bob has diverse experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Biomedical and Process Engineering, Intellectual Property Law, Technology Transfer and R&D. He has Masters degrees in Business and Biomedical Engineering from UNC and Johns Hopkins respectively.

Conrad joined Adobe through the Omniture acquisition in 2009. Over the past 25 years, Conrad has led several global organizational and operational transformations in Procurement, IT, and HR. In his current role, Conrad has led Adobe’s Global Procurement transformation that has dramatically reduced PR-PO-Contract resources and delays; at the same time elevating the real and perceived value add of Global Procurement across Adobe. Adobe Global Procurement is quickly becoming a recognized leader in innovation and business centric results.

Greg Tennyson is a recognized global executive with extensive experience leading transformative change across a wide range of organizations including operations, procurement, customer support, supply chain, shared services, finance and contracts for Fortune 500 companies.
He is currently the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at VSP Global and was previously the CPO at Salesforce.com and Oracle Corporation with global source-to-settle and travel-to-expense responsibilities.
Greg has his MS in Management and is credentialed by the Sourcing Interest Group. Previously he held his ISM C.P.M. and NCMA CPCM credentials. Greg was a Finalist for the World Procurement Awards 2018, Smart Cube Procurement Leader Award; and is currently a finalist for Sourcing Industry Group, Sourcing Star Award to be announced October 2018.
He sits on a number advisory boards for emerging high-tech companies as well professional organizations.
Head of WorldWide Indirect Procurement
For the past 20+ years, Howard has helped lead or advise on Global Procurement transformations at six different multi-national corporations, helping them become high performing functions integrated with the strategy of their business. Currently, Howard serves as Head of Global Indirect Procurement for Citrix Systems, Inc. where the Procurement transformation has been integral to the business strategy of streamlining processes, improving operating margins and innovation through strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management, and containing costs while it makes its pivot to the cloud and migrates to a SaaS subscription service operating model.
Howard’s responsibilities have been wide ranging, including Finance, Procurement Change Management, Supply Chain Business Development, Raw Material Commodities Hedging and Trading, and leading Global IT Procurement and Indirect Procurement functions. While leading Indirect Procurement at Merck, Howard served on the boards of Telerx, a call center business, and the US Pan-Asian American Chamber of Commerce, which promotes use of firms owned by Asian-Americans. Later as a consultant, Howard helped establish and run a GPO for the hospitality industry before taking the role at Citrix.
His experiences with Risk Management are wide ranging as well, from dealing with Failure Mode & Effect Analysis for turboshaft helicopter engines to managing the risks of supply and price volatility of agricultural commodities due to floods, drought and political upheaval impacting the supply chain.
Howard and his wife like to spend their time playing with their 5 grandchildren, but in between, he sneaks in time for his other passion - a round of golf. He has BA and MA degrees in Economic Geography as well as his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, where he lectures annually to a Marketing class on how to work with Procurement. Howard’s Citrix Procurement Team was also awarded the 2017 Procurement Leaders Award for Cross-Functional Transformation.

Laks joined Marsh & McLennan in 2010 as the Chief Procurement Officer. His role was expanded in 2012 to head Global Business Services which includes the Sourcing/Procurement and Real Estate/Facilities organizations. Laks’ previous jobs were with TD Ameritrade where he was the Chief Procurement Officer and TD Bank where he led the US Sourcing Organization.
Laks holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.

Vitold is the Capgemini Americas Chief Procurement Officer, responsible for all categories: IT and Telco, External Resources, Training, Professional services, Travel and meetings.
Previously, Vitold was the Capgemini Travel Director hosted within the Global Procurement organization. Before, amongst other roles at HP, he has managed the worldwide hotel and card programs. In 1999, he joined HP in Belgium, working for the Finance department after his national service at the French Embassy in Rome.
Vitold has a true passion for innovation and for the sustainable growth topics.
Vitold holds a master’s degree in applied economics, with a major in Banking and Finance, and a master’s degree in economics modeling. He is based in Montreal.
Senior Vice President, Indirect Procurement & Corporate Real Estate
A transformational business leader with an exceptional track record delivering significant value during periods of large-scale change, Tom currently leads indirect procurement globally at Teva, in addition to leading Teva’s global corporate real estate function.
While he and his procurement team work closely with all of Teva’s business units and functions to deliver sourcing strategies that translate to bottom-line results globally, his real estate team is tasked with optimizing the global real estate portfolio.
Tom’s background includes senior leadership roles in finance, procurement and real estate at several high-performance organizations including Pfizer, Accenture and IBM. He also led Pfizer’s International Treasury Center in Dublin, Ireland. Throughout his career Tom has distinguished himself as a change leader who intuitively understands how to bring out the very best in people and teams.
His career started at ITT’s Avionics Division, where he worked as a manufacturing engineer soon after earning his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College. Tom also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
