As Chief Procurement Officer, Al Williams is responsible for Barclays’s overall procurement strategy focusing on maximizing the value of all goods and services purchased. Al is also responsible for overall performance across the Procurement Function, including Sourcing and Category Management,Purchase to Pay processes, Third Party Risk Management, Procurement Sustainability, Supplier Inclusion, Travel and Expense Management and Market Data Management ensuring alignment with the company’s business strategy. Al drives key procurement-led initiatives and represents Barclays in the marketplace in areas related to supply chain and purchasing.

Prior to joining Barclays, Al held the position of Chief Procurement Officer and also had oversight for People Mobility for Accenture, as well as several other positions including Senior Director of Global Subcontractor Procurement, Senior Director of United States Procurement and as a Director in Accenture’s Finance organization.

Prior to Accenture, Al worked for Prudential in Chicago for two years and Dean Witter (now Morgan Stanley) in Chicago and Tennessee for over eight years.

Al holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Communications from East Tennessee State University. In this role, he leads an organization of approximately 550 employees located in the Americas, Europe, and Asia that are responsible for the company’s procurement and supply chain activities. Frank’s global team leads the development and implementation of Intelligent Digital Supply Chain strategies focused on delivering an optimized end-to-end supply chain that delivers value to customers and enables growth. Frank has more than 20 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to his current role, he was the Vice President of Global Procurement, where he led a global team focused on delivering year over year material cost objectives, robust commodity strategies and process efficiency. Frank has lived and held leadership roles in Europe, Asia and the USA over the course of his career.

Nancy leads a team of over 500 Procurement professionals, supporting $9.5B annual spend.

Prior to this role, Nancy was Director for Policy, Practices and Operations. Earlier assignments include executive and management roles in direct procurement, supply-demand planning and inventory management, supply assurance, and customer fulfilment. Nancy has held various sourcing, and supply chain roles throughout her 20+ years with IBM, including an assignment in Procurement in the Dublin, Ireland facility.

Nancy joined IBM in the RTP location before moving to Rochester, Minnesota where she worked for 5 years. She returned to RTP, and outside of the assignment to Ireland, she has continued to live and work in the RTP area. Nancy holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Jayme is a collaborative change leader who uses enterprise lens to shape the vision and develop organization and solutions that deliver strategic results. He has a rich cross-cultural experience and has passionately led a D&I Mentoring initiative in the last years, reaching over 3000 people.

Before joining BMS, Jayme developed a successful management consulting career, acting as one of the Operations Practice leaders within A.T. Kearney in Latin America.

Damon Ascolani is the Global Head of Procurement for TransUnion, a global risk information provider and credit reporting agency. He is a highly accomplished, legally trained senior procurement leader with global experience managing purchasing departments, M&As, cost savings initiatives, third party risk management, supplier performance management, contracts management, and regulatory oversight.

His team at TransUnion has supported multiple acquisitions over the past several years and is currently integrating 7 acquisitions announced in 2018. During his time at HSBC, he managed contracts and policy globally and was responsible for multiple large-scale divestitures involving the separation of thousands of vendor contracts and the setup and administration of multiple Transition Services Agreements (TSAs).

Damon has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He also holds an elected office serving as President of his local school board.

David Cho, Director, is the Global Head of the Sourcing and Vendor Management (SVM) team within BlackRock’s Finance Organization. He leads global sourcing initiatives and partnership management across BlackRock’s Vendor Portfolio worldwide which includes key spend categories across Technology, Enterprise Services, Marketing, HR, Legal and Professional Services. Those spend categories are facilitated by a partner portfolio of over 6,000+ global service providers.

David joined BlackRock in 2013. His previous professional experience includes roles at IBM, JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte Consulting, Hawaiian Telcom, Archstone Consulting and KPMG. Over his 20 years of strategy and operations experience, he steered a broad array of consulting engagements that included global strategic sourcing, restructuring and operations initiatives for dozens of enterprise clients both in the US and Asia. As an interim COO, David also led the investment technology rollouts for two emerging market asset management firms.

David earned his BA at Boston College in 1996 and completed the Executive Management Program in Technology, Operations and Value Management at MIT Sloan in 2015.

For the past 20+ years, Howard has helped lead or advise on Global Procurement transformations at six different multi-national corporations, helping them become high performing functions integrated with the strategy of their business. Currently, Howard serves as Head of Global Indirect Procurement for Citrix Systems, Inc. where the Procurement transformation has been integral to the business strategy of streamlining processes, improving operating margins and innovation through strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management, and containing costs while it makes its pivot to the cloud and migrates to a SaaS subscription service operating model.

Howard’s responsibilities have been wide ranging, including Finance, Procurement Change Management, Supply Chain Business Development, Raw Material Commodities Hedging and Trading, and leading Global IT Procurement and Indirect Procurement functions. While leading Indirect Procurement at Merck, Howard served on the boards of Telerx, a call center business, and the US Pan-Asian American Chamber of Commerce, which promotes use of firms owned by Asian-Americans. Later as a consultant, Howard helped establish and run a GPO for the hospitality industry before taking the role at Citrix.

His experiences with Risk Management are wide ranging as well, from dealing with Failure Mode & Effect Analysis for turboshaft helicopter engines to managing the risks of supply and price volatility of agricultural commodities due to floods, drought and political upheaval impacting the supply chain.

Howard and his wife like to spend their time playing with their 5 grandchildren, but in between, he sneaks in time for his other passion - a round of golf. He has BA and MA degrees in Economic Geography as well as his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, where he lectures annually to a Marketing class on how to work with Procurement. Howard’s Citrix Procurement Team was also awarded the 2017 Procurement Leaders Award for Cross-Functional Transformation.

In 1999, he joined HP in Belgium, working for the Finance department after his national service at the French Embassy in Rome.

Vitold has a true passion for innovation and for the sustainable growth topics.

Vitold holds a master’s degree in applied economics, with a major in Banking and Finance, and a master’s degree in economics modeling. He is based in Montreal.

Tom’s background includes senior leadership roles in finance, procurement and real estate at several high-performance organizations including Pfizer, Accenture and IBM. He also led Pfizer’s International Treasury Center in Dublin, Ireland. Throughout his career Tom has distinguished himself as a change leader who intuitively understands how to bring out the very best in people and teams.

His career started at ITT’s Avionics Division, where he worked as a manufacturing engineer soon after earning his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College. Tom also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Prior to Philips, Richard was Vice President of Procurement, Mobility, and Logistics at Siemens Corporation where was responsible for driving productivity and cost savings across all Siemens businesses within North America. He began his career with Siemens in 1992 where he has held several procurement, supply chain, service, and project management roles across the company.
